Heroes of Old:
Do you have a story to tell? Do you have a hero who is worthy to be accoladed? What stories of old does your character
have? What trials and songs of battle has he or she sung? What perils has your character faced?
Heroes are remembered not only by the people they serve, but by the bards and the minstrels who tell the tale
of their travels and battles. They sing the song of their majesty and remember the gallantry of their worth.
These heroes are the foundation to our esteem and to our pride. They tell us the story of keeping the fight and to
hope in our dreams.

The Realm of Lutta:
Sometimes, heroes in Arden felt burdens that they could not bear any longer. Maybe, it was the loss in battle, the slaying of an innocent, the death of a family, or so on.
Some of these noble heroes chose a journey to vindicate these burdens. The path the hero chose was called the Oúkka da`Fhaíresh, literally called the Destiny of Death. This has also
been referred to as "Manifest Futility" by the sages in Arden! Rather than suffer
with the remorse of their losses, these knights, still very much worthy, took a Holy Journey and prayed their last breath to their god on the shores of Neither Sea. Then, hoping the purity of the sea would purify them of any agony, these knights
flung themselves into the sea and drowned.
Entering Lutta, Iskàul tested the knight of his
nobility in a duel. If the knight won the duel, he was granted entrance into Lutta. If not, he was cast into Croàta, the Realm of the Burning Furnace! It is legend that the Last Guardian took this Holy Journey to purify his heavy prescience!
